Often times when a client is recommended to contact our support team for further assistance, they will usually be requested to provide their Parimatch Account ID. If you are also trying to locate your ID, then please refer to the step-by-step guide below.
Login to your Parimatch Account. You will be redirected to the Home Page once you have logged in.
Once your are on the Home Page, navigate to your Personal Profile page as shown in the image below.
Once you click on the Personal Profile button, you will be re-directed to your Personal Account Info page as shown below.
Once on this page, navigate to the Personal Data page under the Account Settings tab. You can refer to the image below to see this.
Once you have clicked on the Personal Data tab, you will be re-directed to the final page which contains key details regarding your Parimatch Account. You can find the the 9-digit Parimatch Account ID under the "User ID" tab as shown in the image below.
The User ID and other key details in the image above have been edited out for privacy concerns.
