While we are sad to hear that you may have decided to block your account, it is also understandable that certain circumstances may lead to this decision (such as financial restrictions). In such cases we provide an option for clients to temporarily block their Parimatch Account.
In order to block your Parimatch account, please write an email to [email protected], indicating the following details:
Your Parimatch Account Number (9 digit ID found in your Parimatch profile page)
Your Full Name
A clear reason for the block
A front side and back side photo of ONE of these ID (National ID, Driving License, International Passport or Voter's ID) with a piece of paper that says “For Parimatch and current date of request”.
Email must be sent from the email address which you entered when you registered the gaming account. After you have submitted the aforementioned details, one of our support team members will contact you via the same email once the process is completed.
IMPORTANT: The client can block the account once every 90 days and the balance on the gaming account has to be zeroed.
