In order to successfully verify your account, please upload the following documents in Parimatch Account's KYC section:
A photo of your ID Card (both sides) in good quality.
A photo of you holding your ID Card where we can see all the information clearly.
In addition to the above the photos provided must meet the following requirements:
All data must be visible and readable;
All 4 corners of the document must be in the frame
The photo should not be blurry or overexposed
There should be no light flash in the photo
Your face should be included in the frame
The photo should clearly show that you are holding the document in your hand
The photo should not be in the mirrored image, for this we recommend using the main (rear) camera of the phone
A commonly asked question is if there are any substitute documents that can be used instead of the ID Card. Unfortunately, the only document that will be accepted by the verification department is the ID Card, therefore we currently do not accept any other documents for verification purposes.
If you are unsure of the quality of the documents requested above, you can refer to the examples attached at the end of this article. Please do note, however, that these examples are used for representative purposes only so that you have a better understanding of the documents being requested.
KEY NOTES:
Please make sure that the details of the ID Card documents submitted are the same as the details provided on the Parimatch Account. This is to ensure that the account holder is legally over the age of 18.
Please note that scanned or edited copies of the aforementioned documents will not be accepted.
