A brief guide detailing the process of verifying your Parimatch TZ Account

Updated over a year ago

The KYC process for verifying your Parimatch account is very simple and straightforward. It can be completed within a matter of minutes, provided the documents you have submitted are adequate.

You can check the type of documents required in the following article on "Which documents are required to be submitted for Parimatch Account verification"

To summarize, the process has been simplified into basic steps below:

  1. Submit the ID Card (front side, back side, and selfie) in your account's KYC section or through our support channels via messenger and email at [email protected]

  2. Once submitted, our verification department will review the documents and update your Parimatch account to "Verified" status

TIP:

Ensure that the documents being sent are clear and show all the details required to verify your account.

In rare circumstances, additional verification may be requested. Due to this you may be required to provide us with any of the following documents:

  • Bank Statement (issued within the last 3 months) with full name and address matching to personal data mentioned in the account - 1 file to upload.

  • Utility Bill ( issued within the last 3 months) with full name and address matching to personal data mentioned in the account - 1 file to upload.

  • Any other documents as per the verification department's request.

Once you have gone through KYC verification, you will not have to do this again as long as the documents you provided remain valid, or if the verification department requires further documents as stated in our Terms & Conditions.

If you have any further questions or require clarification on the details above, then please do not hesitate to contact our support team. We will gladly assist you accordingly!
