We understand that each user may have a varying level of experience with betting and using betting services. Therefore, this guide is aimed towards beginner users to help them with placing bets.
You can place a bet by following the simple steps below:
Firstly, log in to your account with your phone number and password.
Select your sport of choice from the menu on the left side of the homepage. (Soccer, for instance)
Select the tournament of your choice and click ‘Apply”
Choose the markets you wish to play and select the odds by clicking on them. Your selections will automatically be added to your betting slip at the bottom of the page.
Click on the "Betslip" at the bottom of the page to see your selected matches.
Once you have selected the bets, click on "Place Bet"
A message will be displayed showing that your bet has been successfully placed.
KEY NOTES:
Once the "Place Bet" button has been clicked on, this means that the bet has been placed. Once the bet is placed, it cannot be reversed or deleted therefore please ensure all details of your bet are correct prior to placing the bet.
When you see the message "The maximum number of bets for this event has been exceeded" this means that the bookmaker has set a total limit to the number of bets that can be placed on this particular event or match. Please try to place a bet on another event and check to see if you still face the same issue.
When you see the following error "The bets have been suspended", this means that the odds and rates of bets have been changed by the bookmaker and as such further bets cannot be placed on this particular market or event.
When you see the following error "Check to see if the bets have been settled", this means that the outcome of the bet being placed is already known or the window for accepting bets has been closed.
