What is CashOut?

General overview of CashOut, rules, procedures, and troubleshooting

Updated over 3 months ago

CashOut is an option wherein the client can settle their bet prior to the outcome of the event or match is determined. Note that this option is only available for unsettled bets, once the bet is settled, this option will no longer be available.

In the case of parlay (multi-) bets, this option is only available for the whole multiple bet and not but not for its separate events. If you have several bets (more than one single and/or multiple bets), then this option will apply to each bet separately.

However, there are other instances in which CashOut option may not be available. For example, if the rates or odds have changed since the time the bet was accepted then the bookmakers may disable this option on that bet. Another reason could be that the market in which the client may have placed a bet does not feature a CashOut option.

If you are trying to CashOut your bet and are unable to do so, then it is recommended to refresh the app's/website's cache and cookies and restart the app/website. If the issue still persists, then it is likely the case that one of the aforementioned reasons may apply.

In order to apply the CashOut option, simply visit your Unsettled Bets tab in your Parimatch app or website.

IMPORTANT: Parimatch reserves the right to accept or reject any "CashOut" request for any kinds of sports, competitions or markets.
