If you have forgotten your password, then you can attempt to manually recover it using the password recovery form.
The general steps for recovering your password are shown below:
Go to the login page and click on ‘Forgot Password’. Or click here.
Input your registered phone number without the first digit.
An OTP will be sent via SMS to your registered number.
Input the number and you will be required to set a new password.
Once your new password has been confirmed, kindly click on ‘Proceed’ and your
password will have been successfully changed.
NOTE: If you receive the following error message "Please contact support", then this means that you have exceeded your maximum limit for password recovery and will have to contact support in order to reset your password.
