Brief guide explaining the phone number correction procedure for a Parimatch TZ Account

The phone number correction procedure will vary based on the error made in specifying the phone number during account registration. Therefore we will outline each scenario for the phone number correction process.

Case 1: Partial/Complete correction of Phone Number (no financial history)

If there is no financial history in your Parimatch account (i.e. no successful deposits), then you can simply send a request directly to our support team via messenger, chat, or email and they will assist you accordingly.

Case 2: Partial/Complete correction of Phone Number (financial history)

If there is financial history in your Parimatch account (i.e. successful deposits), then you will have to verify your account first. After your account is verified, please follow the steps below:

You will need to provide a photo of your ID card (front and back side) taken on a white piece of paper on which you have to write with your hands "For Parimatch" and the current date of request in our messenger, chat, or via email at [email protected]

Together with that, please specify:
1. Your Parimatch Account Number
2. New phone number
3. A clear reason for the correction of the phone number

All data must be clearly visible and should not be blurred or overexposed. Your personal data will be changed once you provide all the aforementioned details.
