Brief guide explaining the E-mail Address correction procedure for a Parimatch TZ Account

The email address correction procedure will vary based on the error made in specifying the email address during account registration. Therefore we will outline each scenario for the email correction process.

Error in the Domain Name

This is the easiest type of correction that can be made for email. To briefly explain, a domain name is the company offering the email service (for example Gmail, Outlook, AOL, Yahoo). If the issue is simply an incorrect domain name then you can send a request directly to our support team via messenger, chats, or email and they will assist you accordingly.

For example, if the client accidentally typed [email protected] instead of [email protected], then this can be easily corrected by the concerned department.

Error Before the Domain Name

This type of error is usually more tedious to correct as it depends on a couple of factors. Therefore we will split the correction process based on each specific case below.

Case 1: Partial/Complete correction of E-mail Address (no financial history)

If there is no financial history in your Parimatch account (i.e. no successful deposits), then you can simply send a request directly to our support team via messenger, chat, or email and they will assist you accordingly.

Case 2: Partial/Complete correction of E-mail Address (financial history)

If there is financial history in your Parimatch account (i.e. successful deposits), then you will have to verify your account first. After your account is verified, please follow the steps below:

You will need to provide a photo of your ID card (front and back side) taken on a white piece of paper on which you have to write with your hands "For Parimatch" and the current date of request in our messenger, chat, or via email at [email protected]

Together with that, please specify:
1. Your Parimatch Account Number
2. New E-mail Address
3. A clear reason for the correction of the E-mail Address

All data must be clearly visible and should not be blurred or overexposed. Your personal data will be changed once you provide all the aforementioned details.
