It can be frustrating not knowing the reasons why you are not able to make withdrawals. While we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, please note that the restrictions put in place are to protect both the user and the gaming company.

Hence, you may face issues in requesting withdrawals for the following reasons:

  • You have not yet verified your account. You can refer to the following article titled "How does account verification work for Parimatch?"

  • You have not met the wagering requirements for an active bonus. You can check for the active bonus wagering requirements on your account's Special Offers page. On that page, you will also be able to check the progress of your bonus. You can even request our support team for assistance in checking the wagering progress as well!

  • You are attempting to withdraw your deposit. Please note for every deposit you make, you need to wager 50% of that amount on a bet(s) before you can make a withdrawal request. This is an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) measure as required by the law.

  • There have been some irregular activities on your account and further verification is required as per our verification department's request. These cases are usually closed within 7 - 14 business days (though in some cases it may take a shorter/longer amount of time); provided that all documents provided meet the specifications provided by the verification department.
