So now that you are aware of how long the withdrawals may take to process, you may be wondering how to apply this for particular cases. This might be easier to explain via examples.
Example 1
Assuming a client has made a withdrawal of 1000Tsh via Airtel Money on 12/05/2023 (Friday). If we refer to the table above, this means that the withdrawal will take up to 48 business hours to process.
However, keep in mind that withdrawals are processed on business days. Since Friday is the last day of the business week, 48 business hours would refer to 17/05/2023 (Wednesday). Therefore, if you do not receive your funds by the end of 17/05/2023 (Wednesday) you can contact our support team on the next day 18/05/2023 (Thursday).
Example 2
Now let us assume a client has made a withdrawal of 1000Tsh via Halo Pesa on 10/05/2023 (Wednesday). If we refer to the table above, this means that the withdrawal will take up to 48 business hours to process.
48 business hours waiting time would mean until end of 15/05/2023 (Monday). Therefore, if you do not receive your funds by the end of 15/05/2023 (Monday) you can contact our support team on the next day 16/05/2023 (Tuesday).
Example 3
Now let us assume a client has made a withdrawal of 3000Tsh via Tigo Pesa on 11/05/2023 (Thursday). If we refer to the table above, this means that the withdrawal will take up to 48 business hours to process.
Since Thursday is close to the end of the week, 48 business hours waiting time would mean until end of 16/05/2023 (Tuesday). Therefore, if you do not receive your funds by the end of 16/05/2023 (Tuesday) you can contact our support team on the next day 17/05/2023 (Wednesday).
The reason we ask that you wait a bit before contacting us immediately is because sometimes the funds may take some time to settle into your account. However, if you have waited as per the guidelines/examples above and still have not received your funds, then please do not hesitate to contact our support team and they will gladly assist you further!
